Answer:
Can one own a gold shop?
In the name of Allah,
We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides
none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them
aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,
no grave, no prophet, no
imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness
that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your question: can
one have gold business? what is the procedure for the zakat of all
the gold in the shop, or it is not laiable to pay for the gold in the shop
There is no harm if one wishes
to have a gold business, as the trading
of gold and gold ornaments are absolutely permissible and halaal in Islam. The zakat will be the same as for any
other business inventory, and will be
calculated at 2.5% of the total gold inventory.
Your question:
regarding the 14th sajdahs in the Quraan, how to perform these
sajdas? can be done all 14
together? when one finishes the Quran or as individual. suppose i decide
to recite 5 ruku of the chapter and the sajdah instruction is in between, in
that case can i finish all my 5 rukus and
perform? If it
is zawaal time can i make these sajdahs?
Whenever one comes across a
‘sajdah’ Aayah while reciting the Quran,
one must stop recitation, face
the Qiblah and perform the ‘sajdah’ just as they perform it in their prayers
and declare : “Subhanah Rabbe-al-A’ala” (Glory be to Allah, the Most High) preferably three times or
more if they wish.
Your question:: can
be done all 14 together when one finishes the Quran or as individual.
It is best to perform the
‘sajdah’ everytime one comes across the Aayah while reciting the Quran. One should not perform all the 14 ‘sajdahs’
together after one finishes the recitation of the full Quran, but rather perform each ‘sajdah’ when one
comes across each ‘sajdah’ Aayah individually.
Your question: suppose i decide to recite 5 ruku of the chapter and the Sajdah instruction is in between, in that case can i finish all my 5 rukus and
perform?
If one decides to recite a
portion of the Quran, and the ‘sajdah’
Aayah comes in between, one must stop
recitation, face the Qiblah, and perform the ‘sajdah’ at the end of the
‘sajdah’ Aayah. But if one is at a place where he cannot
perform the ‘sajdah’ (like while reciting Quran in a plane, or while reciting or hearing Quran in a car,
etc.) then there is no harm if one
performs the ‘sajdah’ later. But it
would not be appropriate if one is able to perform the ‘sajdah’, but delays it intentionally until the end of
his Quran recitation.
Your question: If it is zawaal time
can i make these sajdahs?
If one is reading the
Quran, and comes to an aayah that
requires sajdah-tilaawah, there is no
harm if one does the prostration, even after
one has prayed the fajr or asr prayers.
The only time one may postpone doing his sajdah-tilaawah, is when the sun is in the process of rising
from the horizon until it has risen completely; or when the sun is at its exact zenith in the afternoon
(zawaal); and when the sun is in the
process of setting into the horizon until it is completely set. It is preferred that one not do prostration
at these times, but do it a little
later after the sun has completely risen,
moved west from its zenith at zawaal, or completely set.
Your question: when
one gets up in the morning, does the person drink
water after brushing
or before brushing. What is the sunnah? after meal our prophet
(PBUH) never drank water. what is the reason?
There is absolutely no harm if a
person drinks water when one gets up with or without brushing, or if one wakes up in the middle of night
and needs to drink water to satisfy his thirst.
Your question::
after meal our prophet (PBUH) never drank water. what is the reason?
To the best of my
knowledge, there is no authentic hadith
that states that the Messenger of Allah (saws) never drank water after his
meal, or guided the believers never to
drink water after their meals. We
would appreciate it if you could provide us with the ‘daleel’ or evidence that
the Messenger of Allah (saws) never drank water after his meal.
Whatever written of Truth and
benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error
is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
is the Only Source of Strength.

Islam,
