Lohe quran

Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,

As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.  (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)

One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

A friend of mine emailed me a picture named "Lohe_Qurani". It contains words from Quran whose meaning known only to Allah. The picture has directions written on it that if someone sees it then his/her hardships will go away. If someone sees it in the morning then whatever work he will do, he/she will be able to complete it and he/she will get riches from `ghaibi` means. I think it is outright shirk and according to my knowledge there is no aayah or hadith to substantiate the above claim. Please guide me in this regard so that I can better guide my friends.

Answer:

Lohe quran

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Beloved and dear Brother in Islam, you are absolutely right in your deduction that there is absolutely no evidence or proof in the Quran or the Sunnah to substantiate the claims of some misguided people about what they claim is ‘Lohe-Quran’ and its supposed miracles!

The believers who sincerely fear Allah and the Last Day, must stay clear of all such fantasies and conjectures of the misguided people who constantly invent and follow short-cuts in the deen!

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws), he can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), he can be assured of being led astray.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
