ASLAM alekum I am married man with normal satisfactory spouse life , but some time I have uncotrolled sexual desire to joy my wife anally , she some time resist but mostly agree to allow me to do it as to keep me happy as a Husband , I want to know by sharia , Is this permissible or not some say it is effecting directly to Nikkah , I am so worried and pls have to guide me , That I what should do Thanks

Anal Sex Prohibited

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) termed anal sex a grave sin, and thus this act is absolutely forbidden in Islam.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 222:They ask you about the (women’s) monthly courses. Say, “It is a state of impurity; so keep apart from the women during their monthly courses and do not approach them until they are clean. When they have cleansed themselves, then you may go to them in the manner ordained for you by Allah. Most surely Allah loves those people who refrain from evil and keep themselves pure and clean.

Allah, who created us, the heavens, the earth, and everything in between, in His Divine and Perfect Wisdom and Knowledge created and ordained the laws for everything. He Who created us, Knows what is best for us. Likewise, for our carnal functions and pleasures, He ordained a law and a legal means for us. In the above aayah of Surah Baqarah, there are three basic commandments:

The women’s monthly courses are an impurity, therefore men must not approach their wives for sexual intercourse.

When they are cleansed, men may approach them for sexual intercourse, in the manner ordained by Allah (the natural way).

Allah loves those people who refrain from evil, and are pure and clean.

But if one, in deviation from the natural way ordained by Allah, devices his own way in any of Allah’s commands: he will not only be liable to Allah’s punishment for disobedience, but will also have consequences of his deeds in this world.

Your Question: some say it is effecting directly to Nikkah

If unfortunately, you have had anal sex with your spouse, it does not effect the validity of your ‘nikaah’ with her; but it is a grave sin. Thus, what you should do now is turn towards Allah immediately and beg for His forgiveness, and do sincere Taubah for the acts that you did in ignorance; and make a solemn oath with Allah that you will never repeat this act again. Allah forgives all sins, when His slaves turn to Him and ask for repentence and forgiveness.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 39 Surah Zumur verses 53-54:(O Prophet) say: “O My servants who have wronged their own souls….Do not despair of Allah’s Mercy! Surely, Allah forgives all sins. He indeed is the All Forgiving, All Merciful. Return to your Lord and submit to Him before the scourge overtakes you; for then you may get no help from anywhere.”

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
