Answer:

Foster relationship

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: My mother has feeded her sister daughter when she was baby and that time my elder brother and my unty daughter same age when they growm up by the grace of Allah almighty they wanted to fix their marriage but my mother had confusion she asked one of our area muttawa he told it can not be ........ they can not marry since she was feeded by my mother ,,,,,
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisas verse 23:

23 Prohibited to you (for marriage) are: your mother, daughters, sisters, father's sisters, mother's sisters, brother's daughters, sister's daughters, foster-mothers (who gave you suck), foster-sisters, your wives' mothers, your step-daughters under your guardianship born of your wives to whom ye have gone in no prohibition if ye have not gone in, (those who have been) wives of your sons proceeding from your loins, and two sisters in wedlock at one and the same time except for what is past; for Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.

If your mother has given suck to a girl in her infancy, that girl is now the foster-sister and a ‘mehram’ of all the off-springs of your mother; thus it would not be permissible for any off-spring of your mother to marry this girl who was given suck by your mother. The decision given by the brother scholar to your mother was absolutely perfect.

Your Question: And now my unty has younger daughter from another husband we want to fix her marriage with my younger brother is it possible to make their marriage ??? because the younger daughter didn`t feed by my mother ......???

Only the girl who received suck from your mother would be a mehram to all the off-springs of your mother. Her sister, regardless of whether from the same father or different, who did not receive suck from your mother is a non-mehram, and it would be absolutely permissible for her to marry any off-spring of your mother, if she chose to do so.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
