Answer:

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

On the reversion of the Hindu woman to Islam her marriage to the Hindu man becomes automatically null and void. However, if the Hindu man does not give a divorce the reverted Muslim woman should immediately file for divorce on grounds that she has changed her religion and her new religion does not permit a Muslim woman to remain married to a Hindu man.
