Answer:
Touch legs when
someone has touched accidentally
In the name of Allah, We praise
Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none
can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright.
We bear witness that there is no one (no idol,
no person, no grave, no
prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Q-1: As non belivers has a practice that if their legs get touched or
dash they touch that fellow and put their hands on heart to show sorry. is
anything like this for muslims who accidently touch legs to some one or just
say sorry ?.
This touching the person and
then putting their hands on their heart,
when one has touched someone accidentally is a practice in the Indian
sub-continent and parts of South-East Asia;
and has absolutely nothing to do with Islam.
It would suffice if one has
accidentally touched someone, one may
simply say sorry in the language of the people without doing any particular
ritual.
Q-2: Similarly if money / book (non Islamic like textbook, note book) falls should we smooch it by puting it on head or like that way ?
If one drops some money, or a text book, or a note book, etc. accidentally, there is absolutely no harm and no ritual needed to amend the
unintentional act. There is absolutely
no need to kiss the money or the book!
But if one intentionally throws
an Islamic book or a copy of the Holy Quran with intention of disrespect, then it is indeed a sin, and he must seek Taubah and Repentance from
Allah Subhanah for his act.
Whatever written of Truth and
benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error
is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
is the Only Source of Strength.

Islam,
Burhan
