Four straight questions

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His  forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your question: Can a women marry on her own will ..whther her parents agree or not .

Although it is best that she get her parents to agree with her choice when marrying; but if she does marry a person against her parents will and fulfills the legal requirements and conditions of an Islamic Marriage; the marriage will be considered legal and valid in Islam.

Your question: second are women allowed to visit graves of her family.

There is absolutely no harm if the believing woman occasionally visits the graves of her deceased family members, friends, or other believers. The restriction is for believing woman to visit the graves frequently.

Your question: third if u do istikhara on certain issue and u dnt get any guidance wht does it mean.

It may mean that the istakhara done was either not done properly or in the correct spirit. If one does istakhara and sincerely seeks the guidance and consultation of Allah Subhanah, Allah Subhanah will make the option that is best for the believer in this world and the hereafter, easy for them.

It is not necessary that one gets a formal reply of the Istakhara through a dream or in any other tangible manner. In most cases, if the Istakhara is done with humility and in the correct spirit, Allah Subhanah will close the doors of all the other choices, and will facilitate the best option for them.

Your question: fourth is it ok for a women to wear jeans and T-shirts or not

There is no harm if a woman wears long pants, and a long sleeves shirt in a way that she is fully covered, provided the pant and shirt she wears are not tight, nor transparent, nor resembling the clothing of men. But if she is going out in public or in front of non-mehram males, it would be purer and better for her if she would wear a loose ‘chador’, or ‘burqa’, or some sort of a loose outer-covering over her head and body; as that would be closer to the obedience of the command of Allah Subhanah.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 33 Surah Ahzaab verse 59:O Prophet, enjoin your wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons. It is expected that they will thus be recognized (as righteous woman), and not molested. Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
