In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.

Respected brother, although a few countries like Saudi
Arabia, Iran, the emirate of Sharjah, etc. claim to establish ‘Shariah Law’ in
their lands and in their constitutions….the unfortunate truth is that there is
no nation or land on this earth at this time which has truly established
Shariah Law in their lands. And Allah
Alone Knows Best.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 23 Surah
Muminoon verses 28-29:
28 And when thou (O Prophet Nuh (a.s.)) hast embarked on the
29 And say: "O my Lord! Enable me to disembark with Thy Blessing:
for Thou art the Best to enable (us) to disembark."
Allah Subhanah guided the Noble Prophet Nuh (a.s.) and
those who believed in him to make this beautiful and comprehensive
supplication….and it indeed would be an appropriate supplication to make for
one who seeks to migrate for the Sake and Pleasure of Allah Subhanah.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due
to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
