: I`m pregnant. I know that abortion is haram

Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,

As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.  (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)

One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

RE: 4106: I`m pregnant. I know that abortion is haram

These are comments about your answers, (not only for this situation, but always):

Why dont you answer the questions, you never did answer any questions. You always go and give lectures about this and that, so and so 1400 hundred years ago did this and that.

You want to give a lecture and recite the Quran and Hadeeth, it is ok, you can do that, but first answer the question.

For example here, what the sister should do?

1-   She should do this and that . . . . . .

2-   She should do this and that after that

3-   And so on .

Donot confuse the people, we know that you know the Quran and Hadeeth.

Thank you,

Wa Salamu Alykum.

Answer:

Tell people what to do

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

My dear and beloved brother in Islam, we sincerely and humbly seek your forgiveness and your understanding, and above all the forgiveness and mercy of our Lord Most High for our severe and several short-comings in the service of His Cause. Allah is our witness brother, as much as try to the best of our ability, and as much as we wish to do what is right, we know and we are the first to admit that we will always always always fall short of doing justice in the propagation of the Truth from our Lord. We beg and implore you in humility for your understanding of our humble efforts, and we sincerely beseech our Lord Most Gracious, Most Merciful to forgive us and not take us to task for our severe and several shortcomings in the service of His Cause.

Allah says in the Holy Quran: Chapter 16, Surah An-Nahl Ayat 125: Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and excellent admonition and argue with people in the best manner. Your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Way and who is Rightly guided.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 103 Surah Al-Asr verses 1-3:

1 By (the Token of) time.

2 Verily man is in loss

3 Except such as have Faith and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy.

Your Statements: Why dont you answer the questions, you never did answer any questions. You always go and give lectures about this and that, so and so 1400 hundred years ago did this and that.

My dear and beloved brother in Islam, our understanding is that the duty The Lord Most High has laid on His believing slaves is to clearly declare the Guidance and Message to all who are willing to listen to good caution in the best possible manner. Thus our entire effort on this humble forum is to make sure that we relate and narrate what is documented in the Glorious Quran and the authentic Sunnah of our beloved Messenger (saws) regarding the subject in question, and leave the decision on what needs to be done on the individual.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 17 Surah Israa verses 53-54:

53 Say to My servants that they should (only) say those things that are best: for the Shaytaan does sow dissensions among them: for the Shataan is to man an avowed enemy.

54 It is your Lord that Knows you best: if He Pleases He grants you mercy or if He Please punishment! We have not sent thee to be a disposer of their affairs for them

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah Anaam verses 106-107:

106 Follow what thou art taught by inspiration from thy Lord: there is no god but He: and turn aside from those who join gods with Allah.

107 If it had been Allah's Plan they would not have taken false gods: but We made thee not one to watch over their doings, nor art thou set over them to dispose of their affairs.

Allah is our witness brother, neither has Allah made anyone a disposer of others affairs, nor has He commanded the believers to enforce His Will on everyone! Therefore it would not be right, nor in obedience of The Lords Commands that we withhold the right to tell someone they should do this or that, or they should do this and that after that, and so on! We are neither their guardians, nor do we have the right to command anyone to do anything.we are no more than fearful and humble slaves of the Lord Most High, striving and trying to the best of our humble and weak ability to serve in the Cause of the Lord in the hope that our Lord will accept our humble efforts and save us from the penalty of the Hell Fire.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allahs Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
