Assalamoualaikoum.i have a big problem and i hope you will be able to help me in this matter.i love a women which is already married and she has two kids.she was forced by her parents to marry a man sha doesnt like at all,she is illtreated by the man and also by her mother in law.she is very unhappy there,her husband even tell her to go away from here two times and she said she would commit suicide if that conyinues,she is also in love with me,she also pray to get married with me and i also do the same.what should i and and her do in that case?please help me i need your advise as soon as pos

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Dear and Beloved Brother, it is indeed a grave sin in the sight of Allah Subhanah for a person to have or form any sort of relationship whatsoever with a non-mehram woman who is already married to another.

Your Question: what should i and and her do in that case?

First and foremost, both of you should fear Allah, and immediately seek the sincere repentance of the Lord Most Merciful, and absolutely stop all contact with each other.

If the woman is ill-treated and abused by her husband and his family, she is well within her rights in Islam to initiate a divorce proceedings in a Shariah Court; and there will be no sin upon her. If of her own free will, the woman chooses to divorce her husband, you are well within your rights to seek her hand in marriage after she has passed her waiting period or ‘idda’ of divorce. But under no circumstances should you encourage in any way whatsoever that the married woman seek divorce from her husband so that she would become available for you; that would indeed be a grave sin in the sight of Allah Subhanah.
