Answer:

Sacrifice for others and legs towards kaaba

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: DURING HUZUR (saws) TIME WERE THERE ANY FIRKAS LIKE SHAFAI HANAFI OR IF NOT THEN WE SHUD NOT FOLLOW ANY SUCH GROUPS ONLY & ONLY WE SHUD FOLLOW HUZUR SUNNAH & SAWS PRAYERS STYLE RIGHT & NOT SHAFAI OR HANAFI

Dear and Beloved Brother in Islam, at the time of the Prophet (saws) there were absolutely no sects in Islam; and whenever anyone of the believers had any questions or needed any clarifications whatsoever, he would approach the Messenger of Allah (saws) and seek clarification in all matters of the deen.

The scholars like Imam Shafei, Imam Abu Haneefah, Imam Malik etc. were born at least a hundred years after the death of the Messenger of Allah (saws)! These respected scholars did a great service to the posterity of the believers when they documented their opinion in light of the various matters of the deen that presented themselves in their times; and each of their opinion was based on their understanding of the commands and guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws).

It is not that these respected and great scholars of Islam said anything from themselves, or brought a new deen; but they gave their opinion based entirely on the guidance and their understanding of the Quran and the established Sunnah. Thus when one studies their opinion on various matters of Islamic Fiqh or Jurisprudence, it is not that one’s intention is to follow Imam Abu Haneefah or Imam Shafei; but one’s intention should always be to follow the Guidance and Commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws).

Q-2: IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT EVERYTHING WE SHUD DO IS FOR SAKE OF ALLAH SO WHEN WE DO QURBANI (EID UL ADHA) WE DO WITH OUR PARTICULAR PEOPLE NAME LETS SAY LIKE OUR FATHER OR MOTHER OR ETC IS THIS RIGHT OR NOT ?

Sahih Muslim Hadith 4845 Narrated by Aisha

Allah's Messenger (saws) commanded that a ram with black legs, black belly and black (circles) round the eyes should be brought to him, so that he should sacrifice it. He (saws) said to Aisha: “Give me the large knife”, and then said: “Sharpen it on a stone.” She did that. He (saws) then took it (the knife) and then the ram; he placed it on the ground and then sacrificed it, saying: “In the name of Allah, O Allah, accept (this sacrifice) on behalf of Muhammad, and the family of Muhammad, and the Ummah of Muhammad".

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2789 Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah

The Prophet (saws) sacrificed two horned rams which were white with black markings and had been castrated. When he made them face the qiblah, he said: “I have turned my face towards Him Who created the heavens and the earth, following Abraham's religion, the true in faith, and I am not one of the polytheists. My prayer, and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death are all for Allah, the Lord of the Universe, Who has no partner. That is what I was commanded to do, and I am one of the Muslims. O Allah it comes from Thee and is given to Thee from Muhammad and his Ummah. In the name of Allah, and Allah is Most Great. He then made sacrifice.”

The Noble Messenger of Allah (saws) did indeed offer the sacrifice for his family and his Ummah; thus it would be absolutely permissible if one wished to offer sacrifice for one’s parents or loved ones. There is no harm if one offers a sacrifice in the name of the deceased, and supplicates Allah Subhanah to give the thawaab or reward of the deed to their loved ones; especially if the deceased are one’s parents.

Q-3: NORMALLY I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE IN MASJID SITTING WITH THEIR LEGS STRAIGHT TOWARDS KABAA IS THIS RIGHT OR WRONG ?

There is absolutely no restriction in the Shariah which states that one cannot sit with their legs towards the direction of the Kaaba. If one in a normal sitting position faces his legs towards the Kaaba, without any intention of disrespect; there is absolutely no harm and no sin.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
