Are you a Dawoodi Bohra?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and who-ever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 49 Surah Hujaraat verses 10: The believers are the brothers of one another; so set the relations right between your brethren and fear Allah. It is expected that you will be shown Mercy.

Your Question: By the way, brother, who the hell r u?? R u Dawoodo Bohra?? Sunni?? Ishna Ashari?? who the bloody hell r u??

Allah is a witness, that we are muslims. We believe in Allah, His Book, His Messengers, His angels, and the Hereafter. Allah has called us muslims, and we are honored to be recognized as muslims.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 22 Surah Hajj verse 78: Exert your utmost for the cause of Allah, as one should. He has chosen you for His service and has not laid on you any hardship in your deen. Therefore, be steadfast in the religion of your father, Abraham. Allah had called you ‘Muslims” before this, and has called you (by the same name) in this Quran also, so that the Messenger may be a witness in regard to you, and you may be witnesses in regard to the rest of mankind. Therefore, establish the ‘salaat’ and pay the ‘zakaat’, and hold fast to Allah. He is your ‘Maula’: what an excellent ‘Maula’ and what an excellent Helper!

We are neither Sunnis, nor Itna Asharis, nor Dawoodi Bohras nor any thing else! We are on the deen of Prophet Mohamed (saws). And the Prophet of Allah (saws) was neither a Shia, nor a Sunni, nor a Dawoodi Bohra. He (saws) was a muslim and we try to follow the same deen as practiced by the Messenger of Allah (saws).

We have been commanded by Allah in the Holy Quran to invite whoever wants to listen to good caution to the deen of Islam, and that is all we intend to do.

Allah says in the Holy Quran: Chapter 16, Surah An-Nahl Ayat 125: Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and excellent admonition and argue with people in the best manner. Your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Way and who is Rightly guided.

We do not, and cannot force anyone to follow the commandments of the Holy Quran. Our only duty towards you is to invite you to the Way of Allah, and Allah is a witness we have done that. If you accept the invitation to the Quran, fine; and if you reject the Admonition of the Holy Quran, you are welcome to formulate your own path and take your chances with Allah on the Day of Qiyaamah.

Allah has given every human being a free will and intelligence to search for the Truth. Intelligence says that one should at least give the other person a chance to express his views, and if what they say make sense to you and appeals to your intelligence, accept it. To not even let the other person speak and close your ears and hearts, and reject the Truth without even listening to it, is not intelligence.

It is indeed sheer stupidity to follow the deen simply because one was born into it, and found his forefathers and surroundings following it. It would indeed be stupidity if one wasted this whole life in the dis-obedience of Allah, and find himself in a situation on the Day of Qiyaamah with only the everlasting Fire of Hell as his eternal abode! Stupidity would be to reject the clear guidance of the Holy Quran, and formulate a deen in the names of some Personalities, who have absolutely no authority from Allah Subhanah. Stupidity would be to believe in the promises made by these unscrupulous self-proclaimed holy men, in preference to the promises made by the Creator Himself in the Glorious Quran! All the promises made by Allah Subhanah in the Quran will come absolutely true… and the promises made by man, with no authority from Allah, will be nothing but absolute falsehood.

Either way, one will recognize the Truth; if not in this life, then for sure on the Day of Qiyaamah. If one recognizes the Truth of the Quran in this life and of his own free will and intelligence, serves and worships the One Allah Alone, Allah has promised His Mercy for these believers. If one rejects the Truth of the Glorious Quran and prefers any other way of life, Allah will take full retribution from these deniers of the Truth. The Truth is absolutely clear from the falsehood, and the choice is entirely yours.

Allah says in Chapter 2, Surah Baqarah aayat 185: "Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was sent down: this Book is a perfect guidance for mankind and consists of CLEAR teachings which show the right way and are a Criterion of the Truth and falsehood."

The Glorious Quran is the Criterion between the Truth and the falsehood. Read it, understand it, and use this Criterion provided by Allah as a Mercy to mankind, to determine the Truth. To assume that a Personality is guiding from the Quran, without ever understanding the Quran itself, is nothing but mis-guidance.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 18 Surah Kahf verses 103-106: Tell them (O Mohamed), “Should We tell you who are the most unsuccessful people and miserable failures in regard to their deeds? They are those, all whose edeavours in the worldly life, had gone astray from the Right Way, but all along they were under the delusion that everything they were doing, was rightly directed! Those are the people who rejected the Revelations of their Lord and did not believe that they would ever go before Him. Therefore all their deeds were lost, for We shall assign no weight to them on the Day of Resurrection. Their recompense is Hell for the disbelief they showed, and for the mockery they adopted in regard to My Aayahs and My Messengers!”

May Allah have Mercy on you and us, and guide us all to the Siraat al Mustaqeem.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
