Answer:

Marrying a disbeleiver

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: could you please let me know that being a muslim girl if i marry a hindu under  special marrige act will it be acceptable in my religion

Q-2: As i dont know somany thing of my religion so want to that will that marriage will be jayaz
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 221:

221 Do not marry idolatrous women until they believe; a slave woman who believes is better than an idolatrous woman, even though she allures you. Nor marry (your girls) to disbelievers until they believe: a man slave who believes is better than a disbeliever even though he allures you. Disbelievers do (but) beckon you to the Fire. But Allah beckons by His Grace to the Garden (of Bliss) and forgiveness, and makes His Signs clear to mankind: that they may celebrate His Praise.

A believing can marry none except a believer for the marriage to be considered lawful in Shariah Law. A ‘marriage’ between a believing woman and a disbelieving man (regardless if Hindu, Christian, Jew, etc.) is categorically forbidden, unlawful, haraam, null, and void in the Sight of Shariah Law and in the Sight of Allah Subhanah. Such an abomination of a ‘marriage’ has absolutely no legal status in Islam!

Q-3: does he require to change his  religion

If the disbelieving brother, of his own free will and choice, accepts the truth of Islam as his ‘way of life’ and declares the ‘shahaadah’ or testification of faith, then indeed he will be considered a believer, and a marriage between a believing woman and a believing man would obviously be lawful in Shariah.

But if the believing woman conspires with the disbeliever to circumvent the Sacred Laws of Allah Subhanah, and inspires or instigates him to merely declare the ‘shahaadah’ with his mouth when Islam has not actually entered his heart….so that it would become legal for her to marry him…..although the marriage itself will be considered ‘legal’ in the sight of Shariah Law, the woman (or any such person who conspires to circumvent the Laws of Allah) will be held severely accountable for making a mockery of the Sacred Laws of the Lord on that Inevitable and Tumultuous Day of Judgment.

Q-4: is there any procedure where both of us will not change our religion n our marriage will be paak and acceptable .

The one and only lawful way for a believing woman to marry a disbelieving man is if the disbeliever, of his own free will and choice, sincerely accepts the Truth of Islam as his way of life and declares the ‘Shahaadah’ or the testification of faith.

Q-5: i heard that if any muslim gets married with other religion that person becomes kafeer is that true

As grave and as heinous and as huge an abomination it may be in the Sight of Shariah Law and Allah Subhanah for a believing woman to chose to marry a disbeliever…..the act by itself would not make her a ‘kaafir’ or disbeliever in the Sight of Allah Subhanah; but without an iota of a doubt, such an act would be unimaginably humungous and a grave sin in the Sight of the Lord Most Majestic Who Created.

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led astray.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
