first of all let me thank allah subhanawata ala for helping these muslim brothers to help to clear the doubdths of the people i am frm kerala .there even religion is a bisuness the islamic scholers are also utilizing islam for their personal benifit .what does quran say about these people?

Quran say about evil scholars

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

There are numerous verses of guidance in the Glorious Quran whereby Allah Subhanah warns the believers regarding such unscrupulous and evil scholars who sell or barter the Guidance of Allah for paltry worldly gains and benefit…..

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verses 34-35:

O you who believe! There are indeed many among the priests and the holy men who devour the wealth of others by evil means, and debar the people from the Way of Allah. Give them the good news of a painful torment,who hoard up gold and silver and do not expend these in the Way of Allah. The Day shall surely come when the same gold and silver shall be heated in the fire of Hell, and with it will be branded their foreheads, their bodies and their backs. (And it will be said): “Here is that treasure you had hoarded up for yourselves! Taste now the evil of your hoarded treasure!”

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Al-Baqarah verse 174:

Indeed those, who conceal the Commands that Allah has sent down in His Book and barter them away for paltry worldly gains, fill their bellies with fire. Allah will not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He regard them as pure and there is a painful torment for them!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale-Imraan verses 77-78

77 As for those who sell the faith they owe to Allah, and their own plighted word for a small price they shall have no portion in the hereafter: nor will Allah (deign to) speak to them or look at them on the Day of Judgment nor will He cleanse them (of sin); they shall have a grievous penalty.

78 There is among them a section who distort the Book with their tongues; (as they read) you would think it is a part of the Book but it is no part of the Book; and they say "That is from Allah" but it is not from Allah: it is they who tell a lie against Allah and (well) they know it!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verses 77-79:

77 Know they not that Allah Knows what they conceal and what they reveal?

78 And there are among them illiterates who know not the Book but (see therein their own) desires and they do nothing but conjecture.

79 Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say: "This is from Allah" to traffic with it for a miserable price! Woe to them for what their hands do write and for the gain they make thereby.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verse 9:

9 The Signs of Allah have they sold for a miserable price and (many) have they hindered from His way: evil indeed are the deeds they have done.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Baqarah verse 86:

86 These are the people who buy the life of this world at the price of the Hereafter; their penalty shall not be lightened, nor shall they be helped.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
