Answer:

Fasting 29 30 days and then traveling east

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 185:

185 Ramadan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an as a guide to mankind also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (between right and wrong). So everyone of you who is ‘shaahid’ (witnesses or is present at his place or residence) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if anyone is ill or on a journey the prescribed period (should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you He does not want to put you to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful.

Your Question: i would like to ask you that i am living in middle east and have traveled to india after finishing thirty days of fasting in dubai where as in india it is still one fast remeining so do i have to fast for more day.

If one studies the above verse and command of Allah Subhanah regarding the fasting of the month of Ramadan, one will realize that Allah Commands that whoever amongst you is ‘shaahid’ or witnesses the month, then fasting would be obligatory on such a person.

Thus if one has fasted the month (regardless of whether 29 or 30 days) of Ramadan in one nation, and modern technology has enabled him to reach another nation where Ramadan is still in progress, then he will be considered one who is a ‘shahid’ or witness to the month of Ramadan there, and it would be obligatory upon him to keep the fasts until the end of the month of Ramadan of that particular nation.

Thus if you were to travel from the Middle East after completing your fasts of Ramadan, and reach India where Ramadan is still in progress, it would be obligatory upon you to fast until the month of Ramadan is over in India. Basically, the law would be that as long as one is in a place where one witnesses the days of Ramadan, fasting would be obligatory upon the person.

Your Question: also tell me that if i have finished 29 days fasting and then i travel to india and then india celebrates eid after 2 more fasts and middle east celebrates eid after 29 fasts so do i have to keep any fast if yes than how many.

Even if you have fasted the 29 days in the Middle East and Eid has been declared there, because you are a witness to the days of Ramadan in India, the two fasts in India would be obligatory upon you.

Although you have asked not but conversely if someone started his fasts in India and travels west to the Middle East or Europe or America, then one must make sure the prescribed period of a month (at least 29 days in Shariah) has been completed. If perchance, because of the difference in time zones and days of eid in different nations, one has witnessed and fasted only 28 days, he must fast at least one more day after Ramadan to complete the ‘prescribed period’ of one month.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
