Answer:

Can men apply henna on hand?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: Is it allowed to men to use HINA on their hands as allowed in case of women?

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 4910 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

A hermaphrodite (mukhannath) who had dyed his hands and feet with henna was brought to the Prophet (saws). He (saws) asked: What is the matter with this man? He was told: ‘O Messenger of Allah (saws)! he affects women's get-up.’ So he (saws) ordered regarding him and he was banished to an-Naqi' (a place away from Medina).’ The people said: ‘O Messenger of Allah (saws)! Should we not kill him?’ He (saws) said: ‘I have been prohibited from killing people who pray.’

Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 4087 Narrated byAbuHurayrah

The Messenger of Allah (saws) invoked the curse of Allah on the man who dressed like a woman, and the woman who dressed like a man.

The application of ‘henna’ on the hands and feet is generally associated with the adornment of a woman. The application of ‘henna’ is absolutely prohibited as an adornment of beauty for the believing man, except to dye his hair or nurse a wound; as it would be considered imitating a thing that is specifically associated with women.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
