Answer:

Dua for wealth

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verses 200-202:

200 …There are men who say: "Our Lord! give us (thy bounties) in this world!" but they will have no portion in the hereafter.

201 And there are men who say: "Our Lord! give us good in this world, and good in the Hereafter; and defend us from the torment on the fire!"

202 To these will be allotted what they have earned, and Allah is quick in account.

Dear and beloved Sister in Islam, rather than asking for the Bounties of Allah only for the life of this short transitory world, Allah Subhanah has guided the believers to beseech him to give us the good not only in this world, but also in the Hereafter. This is one of the best supplications one can make if one wishes to beseech Allah Subhanah to increase one’s sustenance.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 261: The parable of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is that of a grain of corn: it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allah gives manifold increase to whom He pleases; Allah cares for all and knows all things.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale Imraan verse 92: By no means shall you attain righteousness unless you give freely of that which you love, and whatever you give, Allah knows it well.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 57 Surah Hadeed verse 7: And spend from what We have made you heir. For those of you who believe and spend, for them is a great reward.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) exhorted the believers, who wanted an increase in their sustenance from Allah Subhanah in this life and the next, to increase their spending of charity and ‘sadaqah’ in the Cause of Allah Subhanah.

At-Tirmidhi relates from Abu Kabshah alAnmari that the Prophet (saws) said: "I swear upon three (things) and ask you to memorize my words: Sadaqah taken from a property never decreases it; a man who suffers injustice and is patient with it, Allah will grant him strength; a man who starts begging, Allah will cause him to be poor."

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
