Answer:

Can men watch other satr?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: i wanted to ask you that is it a sin , a man watches men nude, but doesn`t touches him or doesn`t do any homosexuality act.....is it forbiidden?
The ‘satr’ or body parts that must remain covered in public for the believing man is from his navel to his knees inclusive. It is absolutely forbidden and indeed considered a sin in Islam if one does not cover ones ‘satr’, except in front of one’s spouse. It would be absolutely forbidden for a believing man, who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day, to watch nude men!

Q-2: is it necessary for a mmuslim to cut his pubic hairs and if it is, then what lenght they can grow , what length is the deadline of it.
It is highly recommended that one pluck, cut, or shave his unwanted hair from the armpits and the pubic area. Removal of unwanted hair is a natural ‘fitrah’ and Sunnah; and it is recorded that the Messenger of Allah (saws) and his noble companions removed their unwanted hair regularly.

There is no specific number of days specified by the Messenger of Allah (saws) for the removal of unwanted hair, but some of the companions have said that they used to remove their unwanted hair in a maximum period of every 40 days.

Abu Hurairah reported that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "Five things are part of one's ‘fitra’ (nature): Shaving the pubic hairs, circumcision, trimming the moustache, removing the hair under the arms, and trimming the nails."

Said Hadrat Anas ibn Malik (r.a.), the servant who served the Prophet (saws) for ten years: "The time period for us to trim the moustache, cut the nails, pluck out the underarm hairs, and cut the pubic hairs was forty nights."

Related by Ahmad and Abu Dawud.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
