salam sir.i want to ask u something.listen i am 18 and my cuz is 18 she is girl.can we touch each other means private parts of body with out doing sex.so will it be zina or not.we are not married.just love each other.

Answer:

Touch Non-Mehram girl

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

It would be absolutely impermissible and forbidden in Islam for a man or a woman who are not married to each other, to even talk vain or lustful talk with each other; leave alone touching each others private parts! This would be considered a grave sin in the sight of Allah Subhanah.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 17 Surah Israa verse 32: Do not even go near ‘zina’ (fornication or adultery) for it is a very indecent thing and a very evil way!

Although ‘zina’ in Shariah or Islamic Law would mean the actual physical insertion of the male organ into the female organ of the woman one is not married to; the meeting of a non-mehram woman in isolation with the intention of fulfilling one’s lust, or talking vain and lustful talk to her, or, Allah forbid, touching her, etc. would constitute what the Messenger of Allah (saws) called the ‘zina’ of the eyes, of the feet, of the hands, of the tongue, etc., which would be considered a huge and grave sin in the sight of Allah Subhanah.

Allah Subhanah has commanded the believers to not even go ‘near zina’, and when one meets a non-mehram woman in isolation, or talks vain talk to her, or Allah forbid, touches her; he has transgressed the boundaries of Allah Subhanah, and unless he sincerely seeks the repentance of Allah Subhanah, he will be brought forth as a criminal in the Just Court of Allah Subhanah to give a full accounting of his evil deeds on an Inevitable Day.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 8.799 Narrated by Sahl bin Sad

The Prophet (saws) said, "Whoever guarantees me (the chastity of) what is between his legs (i.e. his private parts), and what is between his jaws (i.e., his tongue), I guarantee him Paradise."

Meeting a non-mehram woman in isolation, or talking vain talk to her, or touching her would lead one to the path of the abomination and grave sin of ‘zina’. Either marry her with honor, or leave her alone with honor; that would be the behavior becoming of a righteous and God-fearing slave of Allah Subhanah.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
