A kaafir works with him in a printing press that produces Mushafs

Dear Brothers & Sisters,
As-Salaamu-Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)
One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:
Some kaafirs work in the printing press that produces Mushafs, and they touch the Mushaf. What is the ruling on that, when other workers are available?.
(There may be some grammatical and spelling errors in the above statement. The forum does not change anything from questions, comments and statements received from our readers for circulation in confidentiality.)

Answer:
Praise be to Allaah.

If you can prevent them from doing that, then do so; if you have any authority over them then stop them. No one should touch the Mushaf except a Muslim. But if you do not have any authority, then do not try to stop them and it will not harm you. The sin is on the state that allowed them to do that. End quote.
