In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your Question: .Please help me, by telling me is it what he did is legal in islam? and what he did correct according to islam ?
The lies that he told you, the relationship of zina which he developed with the other woman, the sacrifices which he exhorted you and your children to make for his illegal and unlawful pleasure, etc..are without an iota of a doubt, all in transgression of the Laws of Shariah and grave sins in the Sight of Allah Subhanah.
Your Question: ..as he many time say to me that i have to accept my destiny from Allah. My nasib, My mukhadar.... Allah make this for me?
Your husband is trying to envelope his shortcomings and his deficiencies to the Destiny and Fate Decreed by Allah Subhanah!
Respected Sister, under the circumstances, you have basically two lawful options:
- Accept the condition the lies and the deceit of your husband has put you and your children in, and thus save your marriage keeping your trust in the solemn promise of your Lord All-Knowing: that no doer of injustice will be left unquestioned in His Majestic Presence on that Inevitable Day of Judgment.
- You are well within your rights in Islam to seek a permanent separation from your husband through the institution of divorce; and under the circumstances there would be absolutely no blame or sin upon you.
Question: .And he also do false report to legal law, that he was sigle to get
nikah book. As in
Shariah Law does not require that a person take permission from his first wife to take another wife. If your husband lied to the law of the land that he was single when marrying the other woman, then he is liable to the law of the land to prosecute him.
Respected sister, since he has subsequently chosen to marry the other woman, you do not have a right in Shariah to demand that he divorce her and keep you. You are well within your rights to seek a divorce from him, but you do not have a right to demand that he divorce the other woman and keep you.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 8.598 Narrated by Abu Huraira
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "No woman should ask for the divorce of her sister (Muslim) so as to take her place, but she should marry the man (without compelling him to divorce his other wife), for she will have nothing but what Allah has written for her."
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allahs Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
Your brother and well wisher in Islam,
