Answer:

Why prophet(saws) took sacrifice to hudaibiya

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: When Prrophet(saws) went for Umra , he saws took hady with him.Now we are going for Umra , we are not slaughtering any sheep. This is regarding Hudhabya. Why

The sacrifice is an obligatory rite of the Hajj (‘tamatto’ or ‘qiraan’) pilgrimage; but if one intends to perform the ‘Hajj-Ifraad’ (Hajj only without the Umrah), the offering of the sacrifice is not obligatory, but rather optional.

To offer a sacrifice is not an obligatory rite for performing the Umrah pilgrimage in Shariah, but it is optional. If one wishes to offer the optional sacrifice when performing the Umrah pilgrimage, one would receive a huge reward for their sacrifice; but if one does not wish to offer the optional sacrifice when performing the Umrah pilgrimage for any reason whatsoever, there is absolutely no harm and no sin.

Your Question: ….This is regarding Hudhabya. Why

In the times of the Prophet (saws) it was the accepted practice of Arabia that whoever adorned the ‘ehraam’ for pilgrimage would be allowed unhindered access to the Holy Precincts for pilgrimage. But such was the enmity and animosity of the disbelieving Quraish of Makkah (who at the time of Hudaibiyah were the self-proclaimed ‘guardians’ of the Holy Precincts) towards the Noble Prophet (saws) and the believers, that the Prophet (saws) feared that the disbelieving Quraish would not honor the accepted practice prevalent in Arabia at the times of allowing all pilgrims to approach the Holy Precincts for pilgrimage.

The main wisdom behind the reason why the Messenger of Allah (saws) took the ‘hady’ or dedicated animals of sacrifice with him was to prove beyond any doubt that the believers’ only intention in approaching the Holy Sanctuary was only and only to perform the Umrah pilgrimage and nothing else.

Many amongst the tribal leaders who saw the Prophet (saws) and his noble companions during the journey in their ‘ehraams’ and accompanied by their ‘hady’ or sacrificial animals were convinced regarding the intention of the believers to perform the ‘Umrah’ pilgrimage…..but as the Prophet (saws) had feared, the disbelieving leaders of the Quraish, even after seeing with their own eyes that the believers had adorned the ‘ehram’ and had brought with them their sacrificial animals with the intention to perform the pilgrimage…..against all accepted norms of the then prevalent society, prevented the believing pilgrims from fulfilling their intention to perform the pilgrimage.

Q-2: Can define Fasiq. Wheather they are within the boundry of islam

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 57 Surah Hadid verses 26-27:

26 And We sent Nuh and Ibraheem and established in their line Prophethood and Revelation: and some of them were on right guidance, but many of them became ‘fasiqoon’ (rebellious transgressors).

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 99:

99 We have sent down to thee manifest Signs; and none reject them but those who are ‘fasiqoon’ (rebellious transgressors).

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale-Imraan verse 110:

110 Ye (Muslims) are the best of peoples evolved for mankind enjoining what is right forbidding what is wrong and believing in Allah. If only the ‘People of the Book’ had faith it were best for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are ‘fasiqoon’ (perverted transgressors).

A ‘fasiq’ by definition is one who has made up his mind to intentionally rebel and/or transgress the prescribed Boundaries of Allah Subhanah. A ‘fasiq’ is the exact opposite of a ‘Muslim’…..a ‘Muslim’ by definition is one who has made up his mind to submit his will to the Will of his Lord Creator, and thus strive his absolute utmost to live his life within the Prescribed Boundaries of Allah Subhanah; while a ‘fasiq’ on the other hand has made up his mind not to submit his will to the Will of the Lord Creator, and thus chosen to openly and constantly rebel and transgress the Prescribed Boundaries of Allah Subhanah.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 18 Surah Kahf verse 50:

50 Behold! We said to the Angels "Bow down to Adam": they bowed down except Iblees. He was one of the Jinns and he ‘fasaqa’ (rebelled and disobeyed) the Command of his Lord. Will ye then take him and his progeny as protectors rather than Me? And they are enemies to you! Evil would be the exchange for the wrongdoers!

The absolute biggest example of one who is a ‘fasiq’ (rebellious and perverted transgressor) as related by the Lord Most Majestic Himself in His Glorious Quran is the evil and accursed enemy of mankind, Iblees.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
