Answer:

Father does not declare amount of property

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: …… he has bank balance & plots but he did not tell to us that we have this much of amount in bank & this much plots we have is this right way of my dad.

Respected brother, if your father has accumulated an amount in the bank and has bought plots of land….he alone is the inherent owner of his wealth and he is well within his rights to decide where and on whom he chooses to spend his wealth. He is under absolutely no obligation in Islam to declare or give an account of his wealth to his off-spring!

As long as your father is alive, he will remain the inherent owner of his wealth….it is only after his death that his legal heirs will have their prescribed shares in the wealth left behind by him.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
