Sex thru anus.

Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,

As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)

One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

My husband is doing sex in an abnormal way (kaumu lut) to me while I sleep, I become like deaf while sleeping thus he can do anything to me without my knowledge, sometime I wake up and he will hurrily pretend to be asleep. We have discussed this several time but we end up arguing, he is doing this even to our kids, I caught him doing this to our several months old baby boy when I wake up.....he is a committed muslim, praying, and doing all good deeds of islam, thats why I was asking him why are you praying while you are a worst than all sinners?...How is our religion advise me..... he has been like addicted, and I believe he will NEVER change coz he is still doing even in the holly month. I have to sleep in another room , we had to make a patition in our room, and when we want to meet normaly we do before we part for sleep. S marriage for is like just a relationship to raise kids and I am very worried and I ve been praying for the changes but God is still testing my patience.

I will be happy to receive your advise

Answer:

Sex thru anus

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2157 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

The Prophet (saws) said: ‘He who has intercourse with his wife through her anus is accursed.

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3192 Narrated by Khuzaymah ibn Thabit

The Prophet (saws) said, "Allah is not ashamed of the Truth! Do not have intercourse with women through the anus."

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3195 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "Allah will not look at a man who has intercourse with a man or a woman through the anus."

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 3895 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

The Prophet (saws) said: ‘If anyone resorts to a diviner and believes in what he says or has intercourse with his wife when she is menstruating, or has intercourse with his wife through her anus: he has nothing to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad (saws)!’

Allah and His Messenger (saws) have specified as absolutely unlawful and prohibited for a believer who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day to have conjugal relations with his wife through the anus.

The abominable and repulsive act of anal sex is unnatural, unhealthy, unhygienic, unclean and impure; and this abomination of an act is not found even in any of the lower animate creations!

Respected sister in Islam, under absolutely no circumstances would it be permitted for you, if indeed you fear Allah and the Last Day, to allow your husband to have conjugal relations with you through the anus. If you sincerely believe that your husband is repentant at his abomination of a sin and will not try to do the same again, and you can bring yourself to forgive him….you may forgive him and save your marriage. But if you believe that your husband is neither ashamed nor repentant at the commission of his abomination, and he insists on continuing this heinous sin with you….you should immediately distance yourself from him through the institution of divorce, and there would be absolutely no blame and sin upon you.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
