Share rented room.

Share rented room
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.

As long as the restrictions of the ‘hijaab’ are maintained
and honored between non-mehram members of the opposite sex, there is absolutely
no harm if one wishes to rent a room of their house or apartment to another
family.
Your Question:
….I`m planning to give full flat to another family to more rent .is it
permitted or prohibitted
If you have been able to obtain a lease and wish to
release the apartment to another party for a higher rent, there is absolutely
no restriction in such a transaction in Shariah.
