Answer:

Ghusl private parts touch sex

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: could u pls clarify what is the mandatory to have bath (farz) if one who doesn`t insert penis to vagina in full.. only rubbed partially with penis to the labia majora & labia minora but took much care to not get inserted to the orifice., if so should we get obligatory bath or not?

Sahih Muslim Hadith 684 (part) Narrated by Abu Musa

Hadrat Aisha (r.a.) said that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: ‘When anyone sits amidst four parts (for sexual intercourse) and the private organs (so much as) touch each other, a ‘ghusl’ (full bath of purification) becomes obligatory.’

In light of the above absolutely clear guidance of the Messenger of Allah (saws), if the private organs of the husband and the wife so much as touch each other, absolutely regardless of whether the male organ penetrated the female organ or not, absolutely regardless of whether one reached the climax and a full sexual discharge or not…..as long as the private organs of the husband and the wife touched each other, one would be required to perform a ‘ghusl’ or full bath of purification before one makes themselves available for prayer.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
