Answer:

Prophets are infallible

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Every Noble Prophet who was appointed by Allah Subhanah was a human being, and by its very nature every human being is prone to error and sin. It is indeed the belief of the true believers that all the Noble Prophets appointed by Allah Subhanah are infallible and absolutely sinless, not because they themselves claimed that they were not prone to sin, but because they so feared Allah Subhanah, and were so devoutly obedient to the Will of their Lord, that Allah Subhanah Himself protected His appointed Prophets from the mischief of the accursed Shaytaan who incites man to commit sin.

Sahih Muslim Hadith 6759 Narrated by Aisha

One day Allah's Messenger (saws) went out of her (Aisha's apartment) during the night and she felt jealous. Then he (saws) came and saw me (in what agitated state of mind) I was. He (saws) asked: O Aisha, what has happened to you? Do you feel jealous? Thereupon I said: How can it be (that a woman like me) should not feel jealous in regard to a husband like you? Thereupon Allah's Messenger (saws) said: It was your shaytaan who had come to you, and I asked: O Allah's Messenger (saws) is there along with me a shaytaan? He (saws) said: Yes. I said: Is a shaytaan attached to everyone? He (saws) said: Yes. I (Aisha) again said: O Allah's Messenger (saws), is a shaytaan with you also? He (saws) said: Yes, but my Lord has helped me against him as such I am absolutely safe from his mischief.

Q-1: The Sin of Prophet Adam (PBUh) and Mother Eve (PBUH)

Hadrat Hawwa was neither a Prophet nor was she infallible; and the sin which was committed by Prophet Adam (a.s.) in the Garden was before he was sent to earth, and thus before his appointment to the noble office of Prophethood.

Q-2: The Disobedience of Prophet Yunis (PBUH)

Beloved brother, there is a huge difference between a sin and what is called a judgment error. A sin is something which one knows is evil and against the guidance of their Lord, but because of temptation or lack of control of ones desires, one commits the act and thus falls into sin. An error in judgment on the other hand is something which one determines to be correct and acceptable, but because one is unaware of the full situation, condition or repercussion of their act, one makes an error in judgment.

21 Surah Anbiyaa verses 87-88:

87 And remember Zun-Nun (Prophet Yunus (a.s.)) when he departed in wrath: he imagined that We had no power over him! But he cried through the depths of darkness "There is no god but Thou: Glory to Thee: I was indeed wrong!"

88 So We listened to him: and delivered him from distress: and thus do We deliver those who have faith.

After years and years of sincere striving to invite his people to fear Allah, and after years of bearing the revile, and rebuke, and abuse of the people who disbelieved in him and the Message he was sent withwhen it was absolutely clear to him that the promised Wrath and Destruction of Allah was upon the habitation.the Noble Prophet Yunus (a.s.) departed the habitation he was sent upon as a Prophet in utter disgust, and in desperation and anger at the treatment he and the Message he was sent with was rejected by his people.

Prophet Yunus (a.s.), Allah forbid, did not fall into temptation and commit a sin, but in his wrath, disgust, and desperation made an error in judgment.but because he (a.s.) was appointed as a Prophet, it was not fitting for him to leave the habitation unless and until he had received a precise Command and Directive from Allah Subhanah to do so!

If any other human being had made such an error in judgment, one would get away with it.but because Yunus (a.s.) was appointed to the Noble Office of Prophethood, even such an error which was made in haste, in disgust, in wrath at the attitude of his people by the Noble Prophet Yunus (a.s.) was unacceptable and taken to severe account by Allah Subhanah!

Q-3: I also heared that Prophet Daoud (PBUH) killed his soldier in the war and try to married his wife , some say it is in Abu Daud and Caliph Ali banned this hadith and punished the person who say this hadith ?

This apparent and blasphemous accusation against the Noble Prophet Dawood (a.s.) is found only in the record of the Israelites, and there is not even an iota of truth in the story!

If one amongst man were to fall in love with a married woman, and being in power sends the husband of the woman he loves to a war knowing fully well that her husband would be killed, and thus the widow would now be available for him to marry..if even a normal human being were to plan or do such an evil thing, it would be a grave and heinous sin and crime beyond compare in the Sight of Allah Subhanah!!!!

To accuse the Noble Prophet Dawood (a.s.) of ever thinking, leave alone doing such a thing would be nothing short of blasphemy and a clear and manifest lie! The current Bible is full of many such manufactured and self-invented stories whereby the Noble Prophet Yaqoob (Jacob) is accused of committing illegal sexual intercourse with a prostitute, or the Noble Prophet Lut (a.s.) committing incest with his daughters, etc.

Allah is our witness brother, these self-invented stories and accusations against the Noble Prophets of Allah in the records of the people of the Book have absolutely nothing to do with the truth or reality; but it only reflects the low esteem they hold for the Noble Prophets which were sent to them.

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led astray.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allahs Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
