Answer:

Killed murdered martyr

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sa'id ibn Zaid reported that the Prophet (saws) said: "He who is killed while guarding his property is a martyr, he who is killed while defending himself is a martyr, he who is killed defending his religion is a martyr, and he who dies protecting his family is (also) a martyr."

Sahih Muslim Hadith 4649 Narrated by Amr ibn al-'As

The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: ‘All the sins of a Shahid (martyr) are forgiven except debt.’

If one is killed protecting himself, or his property, or his family, or his religion, and the person was a believer; then indeed such a person would be considered a ‘martyr’ and Allah would forgive such a person all his sins except the debts which he owed.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
