Answer:

Kaaba a meteor

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Dear and beloved sister in Islam, the cubicle structure of the Holy Kaaba is only a structure of stone erected and built by man, and so is the black cloth which is used to cover the Holy Kaaba, a covering which is replaced every year by the authorities. Thus it would be absolutely incorrect to assume or believe that the Holy Kaaba or its covering is a meteorite, or either of the two have descended from the heavens.

But there is a narration reported by At-Tirmidhi on the authority of Hadrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (r.a.) which states that the ‘Hajar-e-Aswad’ or the Black Stone which is installed at the corner of the Holy Kaaba is a stone which was caused to descend from the heavens by Allah Subhanah. Perhaps that is the meteorite you wish to inquire about.

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 2577 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "The black stone descended from Paradise whiter than milk, but the sins of the descendants of Adam made it black."

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
