Answer:

Tight dressing

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: I WOULD LOVE IF YOU CAN CLEAR MY MIND FOR "TIGHT DRESSING FOR FEMALES IS NOT ALLOWED BUT WHAT IF IT IS UNDER ABAYA?" ITS HEARTIEST REQUEST TO GIVE ME MAXIMUM DETAILS ABT IT..

Allah and His Messenger (saws) have neither specified nor limited the believers to a particular Islamic dress, but rather gave some conditions which the dress one adorns himself/herself with must be fulfilled:

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraaf verse 26:

26 O ye children of Adam! We have bestowed clothing upon you to cover your shame as well as to be an adornment to you; but the clothing of ‘taqwa’ (piety, righteousness, etc.) that is the best. Such are among the Signs of Allah that they may receive admonition!

Provided that the below five conditions of apparel are not violated, there is absolutely no restriction on the type or color of clothing the believers are allowed to wear in Islam:

  1. Clothes worn should not announce arrogance.
  2. The ‘satr’ of the person (man or woman) must be covered in the presence of their non-mehrams.
  3. The clothes worn must not be tight so as to display ones figure and curves, and should not be transparent.
  4. The clothes worn must not be an imitation of the pagans or disbelievers.
  5. Men should not imitate women in their clothing; nor should women imitate men in their clothing.

Your Question: FOR FEMALES IS NOT ALLOWED BUT WHAT IF IT IS UNDER ABAYA?" ITS HEARTIEST REQUEST TO GIVE ME MAXIMUM DETAILS ABT IT..

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 33 Surah Ahzaab verse 59:

O Prophet, enjoin your wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons. It is expected that they will thus be recognized, and not molested. Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 24 Surah Nur verse 31:

(O Prophet) enjoin the believing woman to restrain their gaze and guard their modesty, and not to display their adornment except that which is displayed of itself, and to draw their veils over their bosoms, and not to display their adornments except before their husbands, their fathers, …….and also forbid them to stamp their feet on the ground lest their hidden ornaments should be displayed.

Provided the believing woman is completely covered with a loose outer-garment over her complete self, and there is absolutely no fear of her adornments, or beauty, or body curves being exposed or displayed in public, the majority of the jurists are of the opinion that if the woman wishes to wear tight clothing under her outer-garment or ‘abaya’ for some reason, there is no harm and she would not be in direct violation of the commands of her Lord …..but they add that the believing woman who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day should always dress appropriately and scrupulously guard her modesty and chastity at all times.

Your Question: AND IF AM NOT MISTAKING SIN FOR TIGHT DRESSING IS THAT FEMALES WILL BE BURNT IN HELL FOR 500YEARS??

Al-Muwatta Hadith 48.7

Yahya related from Malik from Muslim ibn Abi Maryam from Abu Salih from Abu Hurayra who said that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said, "(Such) Women who are naked even though they are wearing clothes, go astray and make others go astray…. they will not enter the Garden and they will not find its scent, and its scent is experienced from as far as the distance traveled in five hundred years."

Sahih Muslim Hadith 6840 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

Allah's Messenger (saws) said: ‘There are two types, amongst the denizens of Hell, I have yet not seen them. One possessing whips like the tail of an ox and they flog people with them. (The second one) the women who would be naked in spite of their being dressed, who are seduced (to wrong paths) and seduce others with their hair high like humps. These women would not get into Paradise and they would not perceive the odour of Paradise, although its fragrance can be perceived from such and such distance (from great distance).’

The above warning in Truth is regarding those women who wear revealing clothes (exposing their satr or their hair, or without outer-garments, or tight, or transparent clothing, etc.) in public so much so that even though they may wear clothes they are perceived as being naked, who themselves are astray and lead others astray ….. the Messenger of Allah (saws) warned in Truth that the punishment of such women is that they will not be allowed to enter Paradise, nor would they even perceive the beautiful odour of Paradise, the fragrance of which can be perceived from a great great distance…meaning that such women will not even be allowed to come near Paradise, leave alone enter it!!!

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
