Answer:

Ali Battles truth falsehood

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: Brother i want to ask one question ...my question is which is asked by a shia brother! ((1-is ALlah (ADIL) or not?

Amongst the Exclusive Names and Attributes of the Lord is that He is the ‘Al-Aadil’ or ‘The All-Just’. Allah is our witness, none in the universe is or can ever be more wise or more just than the Wisest and Best of all Judges: ie. The One and Only All-Knowing, All-Wise, All-Just, Allah Subhanah, Lord of the Worlds!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 95 Surah At-Teen verses 4-8:

4 We have indeed created man in the best of moulds

5 Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low

6 Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: for they shall have a reward unfailing.

7 Then what can after this contradict thee; as to the Judgment (to come)?

8 Is not Allah the Wisest of Judges?

Your Question: When two FORCES fight for some case then there are few chances that:a-may be both will loose or BATIL

b-may be one may get the HAQ and the other will be BATIL.

c-the question is that is there any other situations other then the above ..??

It is indeed true that when two forces are engaged in battle both may be ‘baatil’ or falsehood, or one may be on ‘Haqq’ or Truth and the other on ‘Baatil’ or falsehood.

Question c-the question is that is there any other situations other then the above ..??

Yes brother, there is one situation, where both the forces fighting each other can both be on ‘Haqq’ or Truth!

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 1.1 Narrated byUmar bin Al Khattab

I heard Allah's Messenger (saws) saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended.”

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.65 Narrated by Abu Musa

A man came to the Prophet (saws) and asked, "A man fights for war booty; another fights for fame and a third fights for showing off; which of them fights in Allah's Cause?" The Prophet (saws) said, "He who fights that Allah's Word (i.e. Islam) should be superior, fights in Allah's Cause."

It can happen that the sole intention of both the forces who fight against each other is to earn the Pleasure and Good Will of Allah Subhanah; and thus both of them would be on Haqq or Truth in the Sight of Allah Subhanah! It is possible that one of the parties are mis-informed or have a mis-understanding of the matter; but their intention to go to battle was only to earn the Pleasure and Good-Will of Allah Subhanah. The All-Knowing, All-Wise Allah Alone knows the true intentions of every one in His creation, and He Alone Will Judge everyone according to their intentions on that Inevitable Day of Justice.

Your Question: If there then in the BATTLE OF SAFIN and in the BATTLE OF JAMAL who were in the position of HAQ and who were in the position of BATIL.
In the Battle of Siffeen between Ameer-ul-Mumineen and the Khalifah of the time, Hadrat Ali ibn Abi Taalib (r.a.) and Hadrat Muawiyya, the Ummah of Islam are unanimous in their opinion that Hadrat Ali (r.a.) and his forces were on Haqq and the other on Baatil. There is absolutely no dispute amongst the scholars of Islam, regardless of whether they are Shia or Sunni, on this issue as the Messenger of Allah (saws) had himself Prophecised that Hadrat Ammar ibn Yasser (r.a.) would be killed by a rebellious aggressive group!

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.67 Narrated by Ikrima

that Ibn 'Abbas told him and 'Ali bin 'Abdullah to go to Abu Said and listen to some of his narrations; so they both went (and saw) Abu Said and his brother irrigating a garden belonging to them. When he saw them, he came up to them and sat down with his legs drawn up and wrapped in his garment and said, "(During the construction of the mosque of the Prophet) we carried the adobe of the mosque, one brick at a time while 'Ammar used to carry two at a time. The Prophet (saws) passed by 'Ammar and removed the dust off his head and said, "May Allah be merciful to 'Ammar. He will be killed by a rebellious aggressive group. 'Ammar will invite them to (obey) Allah and they will invite him to the (Hell) fire."

The History of the Muslims has accurately recorded that the noble companion of the Prophet (saws), Hadrat Ammar ibn Yasser (r.a.) fought on the side of Hadrat Ali (r.a.) against the forces of Hadrat Muawiyya (r.a.) and was subsequently martyred in the Battle of Siffin. And in light of the above authentic narration of the Prophet (saws), the stand and fight of Hadrat Muawiya against Hadrat Ali (r.a.) was a rebellion and an aggression, and thus based on ‘Baatil’.

The Battle of Jamal took place between the forces of Ammer-ul-Mumineen and the Khalifah of the time, Hadrat Ali ibn Abi Taalib (r.a.) and Umm-ul-Mumineen Hadrat Aisha (r.a.). This battle happened immediately after the brutal murder of Hadrat Uthman (r.a.) because Hadrat Aisha (r.a.) and those with her demanded that Hadrat Ali (r.a.) bring the criminals who murdered Hadrat Uthman (r.a.) to justice; and Hadrat Ali (r.a.) was of the stand that he needs to stabilize his new government before fulfilling their demand. Such was the ‘fitnah’ at that time in the Ummah, that on a mis-information and mis-understanding the war was initiated by Hadrat Aisha (r.a.), but when the misunderstanding between the two forces was clarified between Hadrat Ali (r.a.) and Hadrat Aisha (r.a.) the war was stopped and brought to an immediate halt.

In light of the clearance of the misunderstanding, the victor Hadrat Ali (r.a.) did not punish or take retaliation against Hadrat Aisha (r.a.) or any amongst her forces who fought in the Battle of Jamal; but rather he forgave all of them and the Muslim Ummah in Arabia were united again under the leadership of Hadrat Ali (r.a.).

The majority of the scholars and jurists in Islam are of the opinion that both the forces in the Battle of Jamal were on ‘Haqq’ because the intention of both armies was to preserve the Truth of Allah, and the fight was a result of a misunderstanding of the facts that occurred during the brutal and gruesome murder of the third Khalifah, Hadrat Uthmaan (r.a.).

The people who fought in the Battles of Siffeen and the Battle of Jamal have returned back to their Lord; and He Alone Will Judge between them in His Absolute and Perfect Justice. The good amongst them will have their reward, and the evil amongst them will be punished according to their deeds and intentions; and Allah is our witness, we will not be asked or questioned as to what they did!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 134:

They were a people who passed away. They shall receive the reward of what they earned, and you shall have the reward of what you will earn. And you will not be questioned as to what they did.

Your Question: The BATIL wil get the punishment or not?

In light of the guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah, it is Allah Subhanah, the Supreme Judge and Master of the Day of Judgment, Who Alone will decide who were on Haqq and who were on Baatil. If Allah Wills and Pleases, He will punish those on Baatil; and if He Wills and Pleases to forgive them, who is there who can challenge His Mercy??

Your Question: IF the answer is YES then what is the value of the hadith of ASHRA MUBASHRA ?))

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 4632 Narrated by Sa'id ibn Zayd

I bear witness to the Messenger of Allah (saws) that I heard him say: ‘Ten persons will go to Paradise: The Prophet (saws) will go to Paradise, AbuBakr will go to Paradise, Umar will go to Paradise, Uthman will go to Paradise, Ali will go to Paradise, Talhah will go to Paradise: az-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam will go to paradise, Sa'd ibn Malik will go to Paradise, and AbdurRahman ibn Awf will go to Paradise. If I wish, I can mention the tenth.’ The people asked: ‘Who is he?’ So he kept silence. The again asked: ‘Who is he?’ He (Said ibn Zayd) replied: ‘He is Sa'id ibn Zayd.’

The ‘value’ of the ‘Ashara Mubasshereen’ or ‘The ten people who were given the Glad Tidings (of Paradise)’ by the Messenger of Allah (saws) in their own lifetime remains exactly as the One Who was sent with the Truth Declared, that they will go to Paradise!

Allah is our witness, if someone even tries to imply with their ignorant minds that just because Hadrat Talha and Hadrat Zubayr, who fought in the Battle of Jamal against the forces of Hadrat Ali (r.a.), the Declaration of the glad tidings of Paradise by Prophet Mohamed (saws) on these ten noble souls is invalid or incorrect or flawed in any way…Allah is our witness, they are confirmed ‘liars’: for Prophet Mohamed (saws) never uttered anything but the Truth!

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led astray.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother and sincere well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
