Answer:

Dua and best loved people

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: what are the best timings for making dua during the 24 hours.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 186:

And if My servants ask you, O Prophet, concerning Me, tell them that I am quite near to them. I hear and answer the prayer of the suppliant, when he calls on Me. So let them respond to My call and believe in Me. (Convey this to them), perhaps they may be guided aright!

The gates of the acceptance of supplications are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the Kingdom of the Majestic Lord! But the best time to make supplication in these twenty four hours is the last third of the night just before dawn, according to several authentic traditions of the Messenger of Allah (saws).

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 9.586 Narrated by Abu Huraira

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "Every night when it is the last third of the night, our Lord, the Superior, the Blessed, descends to the nearest heaven and says: “Is there anyone to invoke Me that I may respond to his invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone asking My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?"

Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (saws) said, "The servant is nearest to his Lord when he is prostrating to Him, so make supplication in this state."

Q-2: i wanted to know who are the most beloved people of GOD ALMIGHTY.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Al Baqarah verse 257:

Allah is the friend (Wali) of those who believe in Him. He (Allah) brings them out of the depths of darkness (ignorance), into the light (of guidance).

Allah Subhanah Declares in the Glorious Quran that He is the Wali or friend of all those who believe in Him. And amongst the believers, the most loved or the most honored in the sight of Allah Subhanah, are those who have the most ‘taqwa’, or piety, and God-consciousness, and fear, and awe, and reverence, and adoration, etc. for their Lord and Creator.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 49 Surah Hujuraat verse 13:

13 O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female and made you into nations and tribes that ye may know each other. Verily, the most honored of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous (taqwa) of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
