Right and and legs paralyzed

1.....on 29th january my mother had a blood clotting in brain for one week she was in hospital now shes at home but cannot move her right side of the body including her right hand and legs she cannot go to the toilet BY herself sometimes no one is home so she passes urine in her clothes or pamper now if she wants to pray how can she pray does every time when she has to pray she has to change the pamper or just do tayamum even if the pamper is wet or no.......and can she do tayumum with powder..........plz reply as soon as possible (There may be some grammatical and spelling errors in the above statement. There is an allowance for such patients to do tayyamum, but the pamper must not be soiled before and during the prayers. Tayyamum should be done only with dry sand and nothing else. One can bring say a kilo or two of sand and put in a tray and the same sand can be used to do the tayyamum multiple times.
